Galaxy S25’s QuickStar Clock Distortion Issue to Be Fixed in Upcoming Update
For a while now, several Samsung Galaxy S25 series owners have reported that they have been experiencing clock distortion in the status bar. To which, the QuickStar development team has clarified that this problem will be resolved via a software update.
Substantially, the status bar right clock distortion issue is occurring when the clock display settings are aligned to “Right” in the QuickStar. When fully analyzing the reason, the team discovered that a few types of notifications received apparently affect the clock animation display in the status bar, thus causing distortion.

Alternatively, the QuickStar development team has also clarified that the inconvenience caused will require a software update and stated that Samsung is planning to fix this clock distortion issue via a software update. Thus, Galaxy S25 owners who were using QuickStar are advised to have patience until the company releases a new software update.
While the Galaxy S25 series is currently the only smartphone running One UI 7 out of the box, Samsung seems to further hold on to the stable rollout of its newer software skin, as the company is planning to release yet another (fourth) One UI 7 beta for Galaxy S24 series users.
