Samsung Now Bar Customization Could Get Its Own Good Lock Module

Samsung’s Now Bar is one of the most significant factors of One UI 7; meanwhile, there is a new rumor circulating online, which predicts that Good Lock is soon going to get a new module for Now Bar customizations, but that could be a rare case!

Originally, One UI 7 introduced a stunning functionality called Now Bar that is basically built to offer a more streamlined experience to the users with a new notification system that displays key information on the home screen, lock screen, and AOD in order to view them quickly at a glance.

Now, a latest rumor (via X) presented a report that suggests that it appears like Samsung is developing a dedicated application for Good Lock Suite that is going to offer more additional features and customizations for the Now Bar.

Alternatively, the reports further revealed that this newest module could make it possible to allow users to change the color and size of the Now Bar, remove and insert animations, and most prominently, the new applications will even force the Now Bar to support all the third-party apps.

Beyond this, such kinds of rumors or reports cannot be considered true as there is no official information or words from Samsung’s side yet, but who knows, the company might be possibly working on Now Bar customization options behind the curtain. Also, this report should currently be considered as just a leak or simply an assertion.

Currently, only the latest Galaxy S25 series, alongside a few A series devices, have a stable One UI 7 version that runs Android 15 on top and can only experience the full-fledged functionality of the Now Bar.
