Samsung’s April 2025 security update is available for these Galaxy devices

With the One UI 7 stable rollout already begun for the Galaxy S24 series owners, Samsung has also released the details of the April 2025 security update bulletin for its Galaxy smartphones and tablets, a few days back. Meanwhile, several Galaxy users are curious to know which devices have received the latest security update, so here’s the list. 

Specifically, according to the details offered by Samsung, the new April 2025 security update introduces a total of 56 patches, where 42 of which have been addressed by Google, while the rest are integrated by Samsung itself.

At the same time, the update further marks the inclusion of several fixes for apps like clipboard, Samsung contacts, sticker center, wireless download protocol for Galaxy Watches, input manager and HDCP.

With that said, the latest April security patch however does not bring any new features or changes; rather it significantly focuses on improving the device’s overall security and core functionality, while also protecting the device against potential threats. At the same time, the update further brings stability to the entire system behavior and integrates certain performance optimizations in order to offer a more efficient functionality.
