One UI 5.0 Beta Available For Galaxy Z Fold 3 In Korea And United States [Download Now]

Recently, Samsung presented its new interface to the public during SDC 2022. The new skin is based on Android 13 and brings visual changes in apps such as Calendar, Keyboard and even the Browser. The One UI 5.0 beta program opened for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 in South Korea and the United States. However, the company has already released the beta for the Z Flip 3 in limited regions (Check it out here).

Another model that has just gotten the latest iteration of the operating system that the manufacturer has tailored is foldable. Other phones with the potential for beta updates in the past include the Galaxy S21 (which received the third beta), Galaxy A52, and Galaxy S22.

Samsung promises more fluid animations in the interface and even improved widgets. Similarly, One UI 5.0 promises greater customization on the lock screen, allowing the user to select different content according to the time of day. Finally, the Bixby assistant will also receive more prominence, being used for organization and even answering calls. Another feature is that the interface should bring a new colour palette, as well as improved security and privacy features.

For now, only users living in the US and South Korea can join the beta program. However, countries such as Germany, Poland, India and China will have this possibility available soon.

Registration Process: 

  • Open Samsung Members app
  • On the Homepage 
  • Tap the Notification icon
  • Followed by open the Beta banner
  • Fill out the form and complete the enrollment.

One UI 5.0 Beta Installation Process:

  • Go into system Settings
  • Now scrolling down and tapping Software updates 
  • Tap on Download and install button.
