Samsung kicks off global launch of Galaxy S23 Series in 55 countries

With record-breaking pre-orders in South Korea, Samsung Electronics, the world’s top smartphone manufacturer by shipments, announced the official launch of the Galaxy S23 series in 55 countries.

Following strong pre-order numbers, Samsung Electronics today announced the global release of its market-leading Galaxy S23 smartphones. The tech giant said it would initially introduce the new flagship models in 55 countries, including the United States, Britain, Dubai, and Australia. Ultimately, it plans to offer the new models in 130 nations.

Samsung Electronics’s President and Head of Mobile eXperience Business TM Roh said, “The great momentum we’re witnessing speaks to customers’ excitement about products that push the envelope and give them the freedom to express themselves creatively.” It also stated that This year’s pre-order numbers echo our customers’ strong trust in our brand and demonstrate how our commitment to ground-breaking innovation and sustainability continues to resonate with consumers.”

Availability & Colors

Starting on February 17, 2023, the Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 will be widely available through carriers and retailers and on samsung.com in four nature-inspired matte hues: Phantom Black, Cream, Green, and Lavender. The devices are also available in a variety of unique, online exclusive colors, only available at samsung.com. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is available in Graphite, Lime, Sky Blue, and Red.3 The Galaxy S23 and S23+ feature two exclusive online colors, Graphite and Lime.
