In the newly-arrived Galaxy S23 Ultra device, Samsung used a 200MP camera sensor, which outshines nearly all other devices’ cameras at that time, specifically because of its fabulous pixel-binning technology. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is the first one from the Galaxy family to feature a 200MP sensor, and it seems that they will continue this 200MP era with the upcoming Galaxy S24 Ultra phone as well. Let’s take a look at it.

As per industry sources, the South Korean firm is planning to sustain the idea of using a 200MP camera sensor in its Galaxy S Ultra devices with the upcoming flagship as well. In simpler words, the year 2024’s flagship Galaxy S24 series will also have a 200MP camera featured Ultra model. However, it doesn’t mean that the company will use the same sensor as the Galaxy S23 Ultra device.

Informatively, despite having the same megapixel counts, the future Galaxy S24 Ultra’s 200MP sensor will be different from Samsung’s HP1 or HP2 sensors. The South Korean firm will develop a new 200MP image sensor for the future Galaxy device, which will have some extraordinary improvements in it and also the ability to deliver even better and admirable results than the current HP2 sensor.

Notably, the future Galaxy S24 series will get a total of three devices as usual- the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra. The company will use Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC in all three devices of this series. Another novelty that the future Galaxy S24 device will have is the new USF 4.1 storage chip. In addition, some software updates will also make their way to this future Galaxy flagship

As per the expectations, the South Korean firm will launch the upcoming Galaxy S24 series by the rise of the next year, 2024. For its launch, the company will organize a Galaxy Unpacked Event as they always do. Unfortunately, we haven’t got more information regarding this future flagship, but we are sure with time passing, all its offerings will be unwrapped through various rumors, leaks, and maybe official info.
