Samsung rolls out the second August 2023 update for the Galaxy S21 FE. However, with the new update, the company doesn’t reveal anything new in the changelog, but with a file size of 1.3GB, it may have some new changes for the device.
Moreover, the new update comes under the same security patch, so it will not have any changes to the security of the device but may include some improvements for the built-in functions that enhance the experience of the users. The device will become more stable.
The latest update is now rolling out for the Galaxy S21 FE in Europe. Users can easily identify the update by the firmware version number G990BXXU6EWH5. As the device belongs to the monthly update category, it will get regular monthly patches. Soon it will get a September 2023 security patch.

One more thing: the latest update also brought some new versions of stock applications, including Samsung Notes Add-ons, Galaxy Wearable, Kide, Health, SmartThings, Members, Wallet, Calculator, Smart Switch, and Voice Recorder.
Samsung Galaxy S21FE users should start getting the new update in Europe. But in case you haven’t gotten the update notification, you can also manually check the update by going to the software update menu from the system settings.
