Samsung Galaxy A05 and A05s nearing global launch

Samsung is gearing up for the launch of the affordable lineup of the Galaxy A series. This set of models holds great popularity among customers who don’t want to invest more in smartphones. With an emphasis on cost-benefit, the firm is getting ready to introduce the Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s, and in recent weeks, many specifications of these upcoming gadgets have been leaked. Now that the two variants have shown up before, the South Korean corporation will probably disclose them in the coming weeks. Getting close to launch, the Galaxy A05 and A05s receive SIRIM certification from Malaysia.

However, the Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s smartphones will be arriving as the successors to the previous Galaxy A04 and A04s models and have been spotted on the SIRIM site bearing model numbers SM-A055F/DS and SM-A057F/DS, respectively. The Galaxy A05 was given the clearance code RGQL/53F/0923/S (23-4118), whilst the Galaxy A05s model was given the RGwhile/0923/S (23-4125) certification. The Bluetooth SIG and FCC regulatory agencies already gave the pair their approval. The gadgets also cleared various websites, including Google Play Console and IMEI, as well as the benchmark Geekbench platform.

Specifications of the Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s

The MediaTek Helio G85 CPU, a 4G chip, was reported to be included in the Galaxy A05. Display features with 720 x 1600 pixels on an HD+ screen may be included with a battery life of 4,000 mAh. Pre-installed with Android 13 along with One UI for additional enhancements. It is important to note that these specifications are not listed in the certification database, as they appeared earlier.

But some specifications of the Galaxy A05s are included in the listing, such as the presence of a 4G chipset and connectivity support such as 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.3. The battery system has a 4000 mAh SLC-51 battery with 25 W rapid charging. All these database appearances point to an imminent launch around October; however, we need to wait patiently for the official announcement.
