If the coming Galaxy Z Fold 6 arrives with a boxier design, that will be the right move for the brand to increase the cover display width. The wider cover display is quite a positive change, though it could not be a big enough difference for everyone. Galaxy foldable fans, especially those who prefer wider displays, should go through the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim. The current evidence for the boxier design was speculated by a user on Reddit who shared a boxy-designed picture of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 6. In a way, the phone looks similar to Samsung’s Galaxy S Ultra and Galaxy Note smartphones.
The Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim may also launch a few weeks or months after the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra. Reports say that the Slim model is being criticized harshly for a launch by the end of 2024, but the Korean giant could offer a teaser at its Unpacked event in Paris next month on July 10.
