Galaxy AI’s Handy Feature Keeps Samsung Ahead of Apple Intelligence

Samsung registered its name as a brand that introduced generative AI tools on its devices for the first time in the tech industry, even before its biggest rival, Apple.
Samsung still stands in its exclusive place since Apple, with iOS 18, is bringing AI features to its premium devices for the for the very first time, but the package lacks the most convenient feature named ‘Circle to Search.’ Samsung, in its AI package called Galaxy AI, adds one of the most convenient features, Circle to Search, that undoubtedly makes daily life more effortless.

Circle to Search is a feature Samsung debuted within Galaxy AI on the Galaxy S24 series that lets you search any image or text from the screen by just circling whatever you want to search without even switching between the apps. Undoubtedly, this feature seems quite useful in daily life.

Apple, at its WWDC 2024 event, introduced a bundle of AI features that are arriving with iOS 18. Despite being a leading brand, it has yet to match the advancement of Samsung. Since iOS 18 didn’t include one of the most useful features, Circle to Search, in its AI package, Circle to Search with Google is available on several Samsung and Pixel devices. Although bringing Circle to Search with Google is not rocket science, despite this, Apple’s next major update to iOS does not include this handy functionality.
Undoubtedly, Circle to Search with Google is a handy feature since it reduces the effort to search for any random things on the screen with just a little circle or doodle. It lets you avoid taking screenshots and then search via the Google Lens process. With this prospect, Apple seems like a step down from Samsung.
