Gemini Live Now Free for All Android including Samsung

Google integrated a new AI chatbot, Gemini Live, as an AI premium subscription with Gemini Advanced, which is a conversational AI assistant with a unique yet natural synthesized voice. The company officially announced that it’s beginning to roll out this AI Chatbot to be free for all Android owners; it’s now available for all Gemini users via the Android app and Samsung users can also enjoy this service.

In the beginning of September, Google shared that it’s now removing the paid functionality from the Gemini Live, making it free for all the Android users.

Now, the company took it to X to officially share that the Gemini Live is now available free of charge for all the Android owners via the Gemini app. However, it’s still only available in the English language. Thus, Android owners, including Samsung Galaxy phones, can now take some surreal ideas with Gemini, explore a new topic, or go live in just a few taps, that too for free.

Moreover, in order to use Google’s new Gemini Live, users need to configure it by entering into the Gemini app or overlay and tapping the new circular-shaped sparkle icon at the bottom right corner. This will lead users to a full-screen interface that consists of two options, including Hold and End.

Additionally, the Gemini Live overlay will even work in the background, which will allow you to exit the full-screen interface on your phone. Also, users will receive a notification that will suggest ending the live session, or you can simply opt out of the session by saying Stop. Further, text containing your prompts along with Gemini’s replies will appear in the history section, allowing users to begin the conversation with the AI chatbot again from the point you stopped.
