Samsung Mocks iPhone’s Missing AI Features and Lack of Foldable Phone

Samsung and Google have teamed up certainly, making fun of Apple’s failure to prove its smartness as compared to the Galaxy models or Pixel phones. Meanwhile, the latest ad from Samsung again targets iPhones for lacking an intelligent AI assistant and a foldable iPhone.

For a while now, Apple has been in the headlines for not being able to introduce a much more revamped Siri, its dedicated AI voice, and also for working on bringing a folding iPhone to the market.

However, neither Apple brought an improved version of Siri, nor did the foldable iPhone debut till now. At the same time, to recall, Apple has indeed struggled to bring more intelligent AI capabilities via a revamped Siri that can even beat Galaxy AI, and being said, the company approached Google to bring a powerful and revamped Siri using Gemini AI, and Samsung also roasted Apple Intelligence for not being very capable of bringing some exceptional AI features like the Galaxy AI suite.

Meanwhile, now, it looks like Samsung has another strong topic to target Apple’s weakness, and thus, the company took it to X and posted an ad holding a title labelled “A Real Upgrade,” showing a man who uses Galaxy AI’s Sketch to Image feature on his Galaxy Z Fold 7 to add a shirt to his shirtless picture, and as a result, the shirt is added very neatly, while at the same time, another person uses his iPhone and strangely holds a tissue or leaf to bring out the same result; however, this can’t work at all.

Therefore, such criticism is well-deserved for Apple, as the company has not delivered what was promised, disappointing iPhone fans. Nevertheless, some earlier reports have speculated that Apple has been working on its first-ever folding iPhone, which is expected to arrive next year. Also, Apple appears to be looking towards improving and refining Apple Intelligence and Siri; there are a lot of challenges, anyways.

Well, on the comparison side, Samsung seems to be heading towards integrating two significant AI-powered features, including the Read Aloud feature for Now Brief and Audio Eraser for the Gallery app, within the Galaxy S25 series via the next One UI 8 beta version. However, it remains to be seen how Samsung will implement these features.
