Samsung is upgrading its official News app by adding a popular trivia game named ‘The Six’ to enhance the feed experience.
Samsung is offering an enhanced Samsung News application experience with the arrival of its popular trivia game, The Six, in particular regions, including North America and Canada. The brand launched this game earlier this year exclusively on Samsung Smart TVs.
Avner Ronen, Vice President of Product Development at Samsung, stated, “Samsung’s commitment to broadening access to all types of gaming content and providing more ways for people to play continues to make our devices a top choice for players.”
The Six game offers daily trivia challenges where players compete by answering six questions on topics ranging from entertainment to world history, with instant correct answers earning higher scores. It’s officially stated; “The Six has grown into a shared experience that sparks fun conversations through approachable gameplay. We continue to see strong engagement, and by expanding the experience across smart TVs and mobile platforms, we are captivating an even larger audience, who can now play across multiple screens.”
Samsung introduced its official news application for Galaxy devices that offers personalized news updates and custom feeds based on interests. The company is expanding the ways of its Samsung News app by covering major events such as the Olympics and US elections.
