No UDC? Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra to Stick with Traditional Selfie Camera

Samsung is supposed to debut the next-generation Galaxy S26 Ultra under the Galaxy S26 series in early 2026, which is now anticipated to feature the same selfie camera technology as the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Last month, Samsung debuted the latest Galaxy S25 series, which has already broken the pre-order records and set a new sales bar. Meanwhile, rumors and leaks about the next-generation Galaxy S26 series began to circulate in the market.
Previously it was reported that the Galaxy S26 Ultra could feature an under-display camera (UDC), although now it doesn’t seem to be the actual case since the new report declined this rumor. A tipster, PandaFlash, on X, shared a post claiming that the Galaxy S26 Ultra may not feature an under-display camera.
The reason behind ditching the UDC technology is to avoid quality concerns and due to this the company may continue its Infinity-O screen approach for an additional two to three years. It was also rumored that the Galaxy S26 Ultra could feature an upgraded 200MP telephoto camera.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra is also anticipated to support 65W charging. However, Samsung has yet to release any official statement regarding this report, so it remains unclear which selfie camera technology the company will use.
