Samsung is supposed to debut the next-generation Galaxy S26 series in early 2026, and the Ultra variant of the lineup is anticipated to feature an invisible selfie camera.

Recently, Samsung launched its latest Galaxy S25 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event, and now the Galaxy S26 series reports have already started surfacing online. The upcoming lineup will include at least three variants—

  • Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumored to have an invisible camera hole, which means that it features the under-display camera (UDC). A reliable tipster, Kro_roe, shared a post on X, claiming that the Galaxy S26 Ultra display prototype has an invisible selfie camera hole.

Although it’s not an exclusive thing for Samsung, as it already offered the under-display camera to its older foldable smartphones, initially starting from the Galaxy Z Fold 3 up to the current latest Galaxy Z Fold 6.

To date, Samsung has limited the UDC technology to its foldable devices; now, it’s expected to expand it to the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra smartphone. Previously, it was also rumored that the company could offer a 200MP telephoto camera and 65W charging support to the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

However, Samsung, the Korean tech giant, has yet to release any official statement regarding this statement, but it will be interesting to see whether this report will come true.
