Galaxy S24 FE getting December 2024 Security Update in the USA

Indeed, Samsung covers a wide range of Galaxy devices, and the process of rolling out several software updates is although gradual and carried out in different parts of the world. Meanwhile, the company appears to be increasing its speed in delivering the December 2024 security update for the devices. Now, Samsung Galaxy S24 FE owners are getting the update in the US. 

The update for the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE is currently only available for the carrier-locked (USCellular) and has been released with the S721USQS3AXK7 firmware version. It will be expanded to more regions and carriers shortly. 

Meanwhile, the December 2024 security bulletin details several improvements to the system security that are addressed within the previous version that offers a more secure user experience while also protecting the device against certain external threats and other potential risks. It adds stability to the system behaviour for a stable and efficient experience. 

Alternatively, the update further brings certain performance optimizations, applies the latest patches that significantly deal with all the security vulnerabilities ranging from critical to high level issues, fixes other relevant bugs, and delivers much-improved features that provide a smooth, optimized and much better experience to the users. 

While the December patch already hit Samsung Galaxy S24 FE units in Europe that also offered the new Auto Blocker feature, users in the US can now download the latest version on their devices when available.
