Samsung Galaxy S24 Series started receiving the August 2024 patch in the US

After introducing the August 2024 security patch to the Galaxy S23, Samsung is rolling out the same update to the Galaxy S24 devices in the US. The update is currently available for the locked variants.

Samsung has rolled out the August 2024 security patch update for the latest flagship devices in the US. The update is spotted on Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra, the firmware version numbers S921USQS3AXFJ, S926USQS3AXFJ, and S928USQS3AXFJ, respectively.

If you are a big fan of One UI, then you should wait until Samsung releases the One UI 6.1.1 feature update or One UI 7 update to get new features that will provide more convenience to the users.

Meanwhile, the August 2024 security patch will only provide some security-related enhancements and stabilize the devices’ functionality, which can also address other issues related to the working of the devices.

It is worth noticing that the update is currently spotted on the locked units of ATT. If you want to check the update, you just need to go to the software update menu from the system settings.
