Galaxy S25 Series Production Target Set at 40 Million Units, Says Report

Samsung is planning to expand its ways in the smartphone market by increasing flagship sales. Previously it was rumored that Samsung would ship over 40 million Galaxy S25 units in 2025, including the Galaxy S25 Slim and FE models. Among these devices, the Ultra variant, Galaxy S25 Ultra, is expected to lead the pack as the top seller.

Now a well-reliable tipster, Jukanlosreve, shared a post on X, claiming that according to Samsung Electronics’ MX division’s 2025 smartphone production plan shared with its partners, the brand is looking forward to producing millions of units of the Galaxy S25 series, which are as follows:

  • Galaxy S25 – 14.8 million
  • Galaxy S25+ – 6.6 million
  • Galaxy S25 Ultra – 16 million

Apart from these three devices, Samsung is also rumored to introduce one more device under the same series called the Galaxy S25 Slim. However, for now, there are no details regarding the production units of the Galaxy S25 Slim.

Apart from the Galaxy S25 series, the tipster also mentioned the production target for the forthcoming Galaxy Z Flip 7, which is 3 million units. However, Samsung has yet to release the official words regarding next year’s production leak, so it remains to see whether this report will come true.
