Samsung is already working on Galaxy F36, appears on Google Play Console

Samsung is now gearing up to expand its affordable Galaxy smartphone family by debuting a new device: Galaxy F36, and it has already made its reach on Google Play Console listing.

Currently, Samsung is all set to launch its flagship foldable phones, including Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and Galaxy Z Flip FE, next month at the Unpacked event. Apart from the foldables, the company is also looking forward to debuting the next-generation smartwatch series: Galaxy Watch 8 series.

Meanwhile now a new report has revealed that under the hood, Samsung is also working on its affordable smartphone, Galaxy F36 5G. According to Xpertpick, Galaxy F36 5G is spotted on the Google Play Console listing, and the device seems identical to the Galaxy M36 smartphones.

The listing revealed that the device is powered by an in-house Exynos 1380 SoC coupled with 6GB of RAM, and will run Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box. The display will support 1080×2340 resolution and 450 ppi pixel density.

The leaked image of the device revealed that it comes with a waterdrop notch screen and features an oval camera island housing three sensors, out of which two are placed in one oval of their own. The LED flash array is placed to the right. However, Samsung hasn’t released any official statement regarding the existence of the Galaxy F36 yet, so currently it is hard to predict how much time the company will take to launch it, at least for now.
