SmartThings receiving a new update to offer improved user experience

Samsung SmartThings app allows users to have seamless connectivity and control over their smart home devices such as Samsung smart TVs, smart home appliances and other devices from one app. After offering various essential features to the users, Samsung is rolling out a new update for the SmartThings app for a more efficient functionality.

At the same time; however, the changelog doesn’t mention any new or major features and changes, rather it lists the same functionalities that have arrived with the previous update. But most significantly, the new update apparently brings some more bug fixes and improvements for the existing features that will perhaps offer a more enhanced and efficient performance of the overall app.

In case you missed it! Samsung has primarily focused on integrating more personalized recommendations in the Home Life that eventually suggests services and also sends messages that are tailored to the user’s lifestyle and daily preferences.

In addition, the Home Tab further receives Map View for a more easier access to the location of smart home devices, while also linking the ability to share a tag’s location via a simple link.

Specifically, the latest update for the SmartThings app significantly carries a new version, v1.8.34.21. The update is now available to download via the Galaxy Store.

Now that the SmartThings app started getting a new update, allowing users to manually check it out and install the update to have a more smoother and efficient experience when using the app.
