Samsung Brings Four New Advanced AI Features to Fold7, Flip7 and Watch8 Series
Samsung launched the latest Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and Watch 8 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event, which brings four new AI upgrades, including new Gemini & Circle to Search capabilities, and more.

More advanced Circle to Search with AI Mode
Now, Circle to Search is getting more advanced and convenient with a new feature, “AI Mode,” which will help to answer tough questions. You can easily use the feature by just long-pressing your home button or navigation bar, circling something on your screen, and an AI will instantly give you an answer. In case you want to ask more questions or get elaborate answers to learn even more about what you’re looking at, then it will help you by sharing useful links.
Apart from this, the gaming help just got easier, as you can now use it to get help with mobile games. Circle a challenge, character, or item in your game, and you will get AI-powered tips, videos that jump right to the part you need, and links to articles, and once you’re done, you can go right back to playing the game from where you left off.
Enhanced screen and camera sharing with Gemini
The screen and camera sharing on the newly launched Galaxy Z Fold 7 is easier now. All you have to do is long-press the power button and share your screen with Gemini for effortless multitasking. Coming to the Galaxy Z Flip 7, its Flex mode helps transform it into a tripod for broadcasting live videos while doing a tutorial or asking for step-by-step directions hands-free.
Notably, Gemini Live is now compatible with camera sharing directly to FlexWindow for the first time, which lets you get quick recommendations without even opening your phone.
Gemini Live integration with Samsung apps
Another upgrade is the connectivity between Gemini and Samsung system applications. Previously, the support was limited only to Google apps, for instance, Calendar, Keep, Maps, and more, but now Gemini Live is compatible with integrating with Samsung Calendar, Reminder, and Notes also.
Pre-installed Gemini on Galaxy Watch 8 based on Wear OS 6
The newly launched Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series, based on Wear OS 6, brings pre-installed Gemini. These are the first Galaxy watches to arrive with Gemini ready to go out of the box. This new integration will let you track your morning run, remember a quick thought to share later, or even help you find a restaurant to try and send details to a friend.
Noticeably, all of these new AI features are available on the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 with six months of Google AI Pro, which gives you access to Google’s most capable model, Gemini 2.5 Pro, and unlocks new features such as video generation with Veo 3 Fast.
