Good Lock’s Home Up Gets Latest Update with Improvements

Samsung has recently introduced a host of new features and upgrades for Good Lock’s Home Up module, the most significant of which was the inclusion of One UI 8 support. Meanwhile, again, the Home Up app is getting a new software update for an efficient user experience.
In the recent past, Samsung has improved and enhanced the Good Lock suite, which is a one-stop store for all the customizations that eventually offer users an ability to personalize their phone their way; the upgrades have also arrived for the Home Up module that has significantly taken the experience to the next level.
Meanwhile, the Home Up module is currently getting a new update that apparently takes it to an all-new version number, v17.0.00.32. Also, the update is now available to download via the Galaxy Store.

Specifically, the changelog lists the same elements added with the previous update, while this time, the new update seems to bring some relevant bug fixes that lead to a smooth user experience. At the same time, the update integrates more improvements to the existing features for efficient functionality.
Well, the last update significantly added One UI 8 support that offered a bunch of features for both the DIY Home and the Home Up itself, including alignment guidelines, app launch animation settings, item group editing, item edit lock, sticker action function, and a floating toolbar.
In addition, the Home screen also gets page indicator hiding capability and horizontal scrolling in the app drawer.
For now, One UI 8 is only available in the newly launched Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7 models alongside the Galaxy S25(but in beta phase), while it’s expected that Samsung will expand the availability of One UI 8 for all the apps and even Galaxy devices in the coming future.
