Here’s Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra key details so far

Samsung is setting up to continue its flagship Galaxy S series with the next-generation Galaxy S26 models in early 2026. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26 Ultra leaks are continuously blowing in the market.

The Galaxy S26 series is supposed to launch sometime between late January and February next year. The lineup is expected to include Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+/Edge, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. It’s expected that the company could replace the Plus variant with Edge due to the lower sales rate of the previous Plus models.

The Ultra variant of the lineup is highly anticipated to bring a new revolution in the smartphone market with its great specifications, new design, and advanced tools. Now, a reliable tipster, Ice Universe, shared a post on X, revealing the key details of the Galaxy S26 Ultra as mentioned below.

According to the tipster, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will have a thickness of sub-7 mm, and it will be a few grams lighter than its predecessor, the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It seems that it could be slightly taller and wider while having a similar display size. Samsung could use “CoE depolarizer technology and third-generation anti-reflective glass.

Coming to the camera setup, the primary camera will include a primary camera having an ISOCELL HP2 (2026) sensor to deliver an ultra-large aperture, a new 3x telephoto camera, and a 5x periscope camera with a large aperture as well, which is something that was previously leaked.

Reportedly, the device will have a 5,000 mAh battery with 60 W fast charging support. If the report comes true, then it will be a significant upgrade over the current model’s 45W charging speed.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is claimed to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset and run One UI 8.5 software version out of the box.
