Samsung recently launched its Galaxy XR headset, and now it is looking forward to introducing its first multi-folding device, Galaxy Tri-Fold, which is now reported to launch in selected markets, excluding the US.
It’s been a long time since Samsung has been continuously teasing its upcoming Galaxy Tri-Fold in several ways; for instance, at Galaxy Unpacked events, via hinting at the launch timeline, and more.
Previously, it was reported that Samsung could launch the Galaxy Tri-Fold in selected markets, including Korea and the US, and the UAE. Meanwhile, a new report reveals that the company is not considering launching the device in the US market.
A reliable tipster, Evan Blass, shared a text post on X, claiming that Samsung will release its first tri-foldable beyond its home country, Korea. According to the post, the device will be available in selected markets, which are as follows –
- Korea
- Greater Chinese markets (Singapore and Taiwan)
- UAE (possibly)
If the report comes true, then the upcoming Galaxy Tri-Fold will not be available in the US market. However, there’s no official statement regarding the availability of the device yet; it remains to be seen whether the report will come true.
It’s already been revealed that Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Tri-Fold at the APEC summit 2025.
