Samsung to release Galaxy S26 Series in March 2026, as the report says

Samsung finally confirmed the Galaxy S26 series launch timeline, i.e., March 2026, as the report says. The series is highly anticipated to cost more than its predecessor models.

Under the hood, the Korean tech giant has been working on the next-generation Galaxy S26 series for so long. The lineup will include three variants, which are as follows –

Last week, a report claimed that Samsung could delay the launch timeline of the Galaxy S26 series until March 2026. Meanwhile, another report revealed that the series will be launched on 25 February 2026, at the Galaxy Unpacked event, in San Francisco.

Now, a new report from a reliable blog, ETNews, revealed that Samsung confirmed the Galaxy S26 series will have a shorter pre-order period. Reportedly, sales will start in the first week of March, which suggests that the company could open general sales on March 6.

If this timeline comes into existence, then it will be a month’s delay compared to the Galaxy S25 series’ timeline. One of the reasons behind this delay is the change in product lineup, as initially the company was preparing to replace the Plus variant with the Galaxy S26 Edge, but later, due to the lower sales rate of the Galaxy S25 Edge, it changed the plan.

According to the report, a Samsung official stated, “delayed product planning” as a factor, adding that the final schedule could still shift slightly before mass production begins. It will be interesting to see what will happen next.
