Samsung ends One UI 8 Watch beta streaks for Galaxy Watch 6 series in the US as well

Finally, it’s happening! After providing numerous beta builds, Samsung has begun distributing the stable Wear OS 6-based One UI 8 Watch for the Galaxy Watch 6 series in the US, excluding South Korea.

A long series of betas comes to an end, as Samsung ended the One UI 8 Watch beta program for the Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic, a couple of days ago; however, the update was limited only to Samsung’s own country, South Korea. Now, the company is ending the beta streak in the US as well.

As spotted, the latest stable One UI 8 Watch firmware for the Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic (Bluetooth variants) has been identified with the official CYK2 version number.

At the same time, the closure of the beta program indicates that Watch 6 owners will now be able to experience all the new and exciting features that came alongside One UI 8 Watch, which are powered by Wear OS 6, out of the box. However, it still remains to be seen whether Samsung rolls out all the features or keeps them exclusive to the Watch 7 and Watch Ultra models.

Well, these features not only create a healthier environment for the Galaxy audience, but also help them stay connected and ahead of several chronic health issues or diseases.
