Samsung updated Galaxy Note 9 in May 2022 and Note 10 Lite received April security patch

Samsung releases a software updates for its devices, updates that are part of the security update plan that the South Korean company periodically promises its smartphones on the market.

The Galaxy Note 9, one of Samsung’s most popular Note series device, receives the N960FXXS9FVE1 build. And Galaxy Note 10 Lite is receiving firmware version N770FXXU8GVC3. For all models mentioned the update introduces Android security patches, the latest developed by Samsung.

Patches being deployed address approximately include 7 Critical, 23 High, and 3 Moderate levels of CVEs. The distribution of updates is currently underway via OTA in several European countries. We expect that within the next few days the rollout will also be expanded to global users.
