Auto Blocker now restrict sideloading app by default

Samsung has introduced its effective privacy and security function as an Auto Blocker with the One UI 6.0. With the One UI 6.1.1 update, Samsung is bringing some new features to make it more useful in terms of security.

For starters, Auto Blocker exists in the security and privacy settings. When you activate it, you get an invisible shield that protects your data by preventing the installation of applications from unauthorized sources and blocking malicious activity.

Initially, when it arrived with the One UI 6.0, the Auto Blocker gave the option to select whether you want to block the sideloading apps installation or block them. Now according to the Android authority, you will not get access to sideload any app with One UI 6.1.1

It is also worth noting that if you transfer the data via smart Switch from your old Galaxy phone to a new phone, the Autoblocker will retain the default settings as they were in the older devices.

The latest feature is spotted working on the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6; it is worth seeing how the user will react to this feature, as it is useful for some users, but at the same time, it decreases the advantage of having Android phone use independently.
