The Secrets Behind Samsung One UI 7 Intuitive Android Skin

Samsung has been continuously working on Android 15-based One UI 7 for so long. Surprisingly, at SDC24, the company offers a sneak peek at the One UI 7.

At the Samsung Developer Conference 2024, Samsung announced that it has scheduled the stable One UI 7 release for next year. The One UI 7 beta program will be released by the end of this year for developers. However, the exact timeline for the beta release has yet to be clear.

The One UI 7 sneak peek video revealed that it will bring major changes to upgrade the overall system software to enhance the user experience. However, Samsung is continuously working on the One UI 7, so due to the rapid development, the final version might differ significantly as compared to what the video showcased.

Samsung at the SDC24 briefly mentioned One UI 7 and highlighted the significant overhaul of its custom Android skin. However, due to the extensive changes, the company has delayed the release, turning aside from its usual practice of releasing new One UI versions by the end of the year.

The sneak peek video showcased the new icons, notification shade, redesigned quick toggles, a revamped camera interface, as well as changed multitasking and the recent apps screen. While much of that was impressive, a lot of it has changed now. The report suggests that Samsung insiders say that many of the One UI 7 visual elements that the video showcased have changed. He also claimed that changes have been made to the icons, animations, and other parts of the interface.

However, Samsung has yet to confirm the exact changes and upgrades the One UI 7 will bring. For now, we can only wait for the stable version of One UI 7.
