According to the report, the Galaxy S25 measures 146.94 x 70.46 x 7.25 mm, which seems down from 7.6 mm of the Galaxy S24. The Galaxy S25 Plus measures 158.44 x 75.79 x 7.35 mm, which is down from the 7.7 mm of the Galaxy S24 Plus.

Reportedly, the Ultra variant of the series, the Galaxy S25 Ultra, measures 162.82 x 77.65 x 8.25 mm, which is down from 8.6 mm of its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

It will be beneficial for particular things like easier availability of screen protectors, better display protection from the middle from covering the sides, and fewer accidental touches.

Samsung is expected to power the Galaxy S25 Ultra with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite to deliver smooth performance and beneficial improvements in raw performance and AI processing as compared to its predecessor. While the base and plus variant are rumored to be powered by MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9400.
