Samsung Announces Plans to Expand Galaxy Ring Availability Globally

Samsung is planning to expand the availability of the Galaxy Ring in more countries around the world next month and add a few new features to the Samsung Health app.

Samsung launched its first smart wearable device, the Galaxy Ring, last year at the Galaxy Unpacked event. The brand initially made the ring available in selected markets, including the US, UK, Korea, Germany, and France.

Later in the second phase, the brand expanded the availability of the Galaxy Ring in more countries, such as Australia, Brazil, India, and Mexico. Then in the third phase, the Ring made its reach to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE, as well as Bulgaria and Romania.

Now Samsung is looking forward to launching the Galaxy Ring in 15 more markets, which are as follows:

  • Cyprus
  • Czech Republic
  • Greece
  • Hungary
  • Israel
  • Japan
  • Malaysia
  • Mauritius
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore
  • Slovakia
  • South Africa
  • Taiwan
  • Vietnam
  • Zambia

Apart from expanding the Galaxy Ring in more markets, Samsung also announced the expansion of the size option for the ring.

Currently, the Galaxy Ring is only available in 9 size options from 5 to 13, and now the company is all set to offer two bigger size options for the ring, including 14 and 15. The two newly added larger options will be available in Titanium Black, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Gold.
