Samsung has already released three One UI 7 betas, which have offered dozens of new features and customizable changes that enhance the overall experience. Now the brand has unveiled a few new health features for the Samsung Health application coming with the One UI 7 as mentioned below:
- Sleep Environment report feature, which will advise users on how to optimize their surroundings for more optimal sleep by assessing factors such as temperature, humidity, air quality, and light intensity in the room.
- Sleep time guidance will suggest ‘optimal bedtime tailored to unique sleep patterns, habits, and conditions. With One UI 7, Samsung Health can provide actionable insights for better sleep, recommending the most suitable sleep times based on a combination of your sleep quality and daily routines.
- Mindfulness tracker, which will empower you to improve your health and achieve a better night’s sleep by managing your mood, breathing, and stress levels. It also allows you to monitor your mood and follow Samsung Health’s guides for breathing exercises and meditations, all easily accessible within a single tracker.

However, the exact time has yet to be clear whether the company will offer these new health-enhancing features with the stable version or sometimes during the beta program.
