Galaxy S25 Edge made its initial success at least in one region

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge set a new benchmark in terms of slimness, but unfortunately, it is struggling with a lower sales rate. Meanwhile, new metrics show it has outsold the Galaxy S lineup’s Plus variants in at least one region: here’s the full detail.
A few months back, Samsung launched the Galaxy S25 Edge, as the fourth member of the Galaxy S25 series. It features an ultra-slim design, all the high-end specifications, dual-camera setup, advanced AI tools, and more that a flagship-level device must have. Although, despite that, it fails to meet sales targes.
Meanwhile now a new report from reliable analysts at Counterpoint Research revealed that the Galaxy S25 Edge marked its initial success by outshining every Plus model since the Galaxy S21+ in Western Europe during the first week of availability.
According to the report, the device is in high demand in Western Europe for several reasons: for instance, its ultra-slim design, attractive trade-in deals, and feasibly superior specs compared to the Galaxy S25+.
However, the report hasn’t mentioned any specific data regarding the first week sales of the Galaxy S25 Edge. Noticeably, the report only concerns Western Europe, so there is no guarantee whether the device has outperformed the last Plus models globally in a similar fashion. Recently, it’s been reported that the Galaxy S25 Edge is designed in such a well manner that makes it easy to repair despite its super slim body, and it also surpassed the Galaxy S25 Ultra in terms of battery.
