Samsung Galaxy smartphones are leveraged with a handful of amazing features. Among various other functionalities, the company has consistently focused on enhancing the camera system and performance over the years; meanwhile, Samsung states that the Virtual Aperture, a camera feature, will soon be available on more Galaxy devices.
Indeed, for years, Samsung has continuously made various efforts to upgrade the camera system, either by hardware process or by software means. Meanwhile, Virtual Aperture, a useful camera function, is designed to allow Galaxy phone owners to put a fascinating mode that is identical to a DSLR directly on their mobile devices via Expert RAW.

Not just this, the Virtual Aperture feature triggers the camera to shoot the aperture value corresponding to the image that is set by the user, which is applied with the help of software.

Basically, this camera function just redesigns the pictures to make them even more attractive and of higher quality. While the feature was already introduced with the Galaxy S25 series, it was just confirmed that the Virtual Aperture feature will be expanded to more eligible flagships after the S25 models.

Specifically, Samsung’s official moderators have clarified that the virtual aperture of the Galaxy S25 series will be accessible in newer generation flagships that will be released in the future, while also confirming that the newly unveiled Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7 phones also have the support of this feature, excluding the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE units.

Well, Samsung has just unveiled its next-generation foldables, Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7, during the Galaxy Unpacked event. The models are currently available for pre-orders and will reach the major retail stores near you by the end of this month.
