Samsung introduces Blue Pass service to enhance AI Subscription Club

Samsung has expanded the AI Subscription Club by introducing the “Blue Pass” service to enhance customer benefits. Let’s take a closer look at the new upgrade.

The Korean tech giant introduced its AI Subscription Club back in 2024, which allows customers to use its latest AI home appliances at an affordable price. Now, it has upgraded this subscription service in Korea by introducing the Blue Pass service.

The upgraded AI Subscription Club now offers enhanced car service, more payment options, and partnership benefits. The newly introduced Blue Pass offers five key services to make using Samsung appliances easier, aiming to strengthen care throughout the entire process, from installation to after-sales service.

In case you opt for the AI All-in-One 2.0 plan within the AI Subscription Club, then you will be permitted to enjoy all Blue Pass services, which are as follows:

  • A/S Fast Track, One More Service, AI Pre-care Notification, and Time-matching Installation

The first A/S Fast Track service offers priority access to repair services without any restrictions on the number of requests. Noticeably, it’s expected that the company may put limitations during the summer months (June to September).

One More Service allows you to get an additional inspection of one Samsung home appliance for free. The product includes a bunch of categories; for instance, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, system air conditioners, TVs, dryers, and kimchi refrigerators.

The third, the AI Pre-care Notification service, is integrated with SmartThings under the Blue Pass. It helps to detect abnormal signs in a product in use, notifies the customer, and even processes a request for a repair visit. The Time-matching Installation service will help you by taking your product installation personally by fulfilling the installation on the exact date and time requested by you; however, this service will be available for consumers in the fourth quarter of the year in South Korea.
