Samsung recently rolled out one of the most-awaited updates, One UI 6.1, to its flagship Galaxy devices last year, which also included the Galaxy S23. With the latest update, the company has introduced several new features that have brought a whole new experience, but at the same time, users have also started facing some speed issues.
According to the information, the Galaxy S23 users found their charging speeds slow down from 25W to 15W, which is way below the marketing level. This all happened after the installation of the latest update, which has a massive size of 3GB.
However, some reports claimed that there were no problems after installing One UI 6.1, suggesting that there might be other factors, such as when you plug in the phone and adjust the charge level, that affect how quickly the devices change.
For instance, if a phone has a 70 percent battery life, the charging speed is usually slower to allow the battery to charge efficiently. However, if the phone has less than 20 percent battery left, the charging speed is faster, so the battery changes quickly.
It seems that the rumor of slow charging is untrue, and Galaxy S23 users should not worry; they can enjoy the same performance experience on their device. The One UI 6.1 update has already arrived in several countries. To check the update, go to the software update menu in the system settings.
