Samsung Galaxy A52 LTE and Galaxy A52s 5G receiving April 2024 update in Europe

Samsung is rolling out the April 2024 security patch update for the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A52s 5G devices. Earlier, it had already distributed the April 2024 security patch update for several high-end and midrange devices. Now, continuing this, the company has started rolling out the update for the Galaxy A52s and Galaxy A52 LTE devices.

Notably, the Galaxy A52s and Galaxy A52 LTE devices are spotted in Europe, carrying the firmware version numbers A528BXXS7FXC8 and A525FXXS6EXC9, respectively. According to the information, the April 2024 security patch mainly provides security-related enhancements.

According to the official documentation shared by Samsung, the April 2024 security patch will provide more than 40 fixes, while Google has added 27 fixes for improving the security-related enhancements on all Android devices. Meanwhile, Samsung has also added 17 more patches exclusively for Galaxy devices.

Generally, the latest patch for the Galaxy device doesn’t bring any significant changes, and the same is happening this time as well. The changelog attached to the latest update also doesn’t specify any new specific changes with the update. However, it is expected that it may provide some enhancements for the devices.

If you are using the Galaxy A52s or Galaxy A52 LTE devices in Europe, then you should start getting new updates on your device. So to download the update, you just need to go to the system settings, then tap on the software update menu. If it shows a new update available, then tap on the download button.
