Samsung Galaxy A25 receiving the One UI 6.1 update in Europe

Samsung is moving to wrap up the One UI 6.1 session; it has already distributed the update to almost all the eligible devices. Now the company has brought the latest One UI update to the European units of the Galaxy A25. Previously, it had already served the update to the Korean and US units of the same devices.

Samsung has rolled out the One UI 6.1 update for the Galaxy A25 with the firmware version number A256BXXU4BXE3. Being a major improvement update, it is coming in a significant software package of 2 GB. With the latest update, the company hasn’t introduced the latest security patch and is still using the May 2024 patch level.

OneUI 6.1 brings many new features

One UI 6.1 is a minor upgrade to the previously installed Samsung skin. With the latest update, there are many fruitful additions applied to various existing functions, including gallery, wallpaper, calendar, reminder, and many more.

With the latest update, Quick Share is merged with Google’s nearby Share. With this integration, Galaxy device users can easily share files with any Android users. Along with this, there are some new features applied to Samsung Health, such as an enhanced exercise experience and more options for daily activity targets. Recently, Samsung introduced the May 2024 security patch for the Galaxy A55 in many countries. Now,  within a week, the company has introduced the latest June 2024 update to the device. The update initially arrived for the Galaxy A55 devices in Malaysia and is expected to expand to more Asian countries in the next few days. 

Samsung has introduced the June 2024 update for the Malaysian units of the Galaxy A55 with the firmware version number A556EXXS3AXF3. With the latest update, the company hasn’t provided any significant changes for the devices, which means bringing some internal enhancements to the security of the devices.

According to the information, the June 2024 security patch is a normal security patch that dedicatedly provides enhancements for the security of the device through the patch introduced by Google. Along with this, Samsung has also introduced some more patches to the Galaxy device exclusively.

Samsung Galaxy A14 gets June 2024 security patch in Brazil

Last week, Samsung introduced the One UI 6.1 update for the Galaxy A14 5G device in several regions, including India and the US.

Earlier, Samsung hadn’t introduced the new patch level, and using the same April patch, now it has directly jumped to the June 2024 security patch, which is live in Brazil.

The Galaxy A14 5G is getting a June 2024 security patch in Brazil with the firmware version number A146MUBS5CXF3. With the latest update, the device will get some changes under the hood, which don’t have any visual impact on the device but will provide some security enhancements.

The June 2024 security patch update was prepared by Google, which has packed 37 patches to address the security vulnerabilities. Along with this, the update also grabbed 22 more patches, including those by Samsung.

With all these patches, the company aimed to enhance the security of the devices. Along with this, the update may also enhance the performance and stability of the device.

If you are using the Galaxy A14 5G device in Brazil, then you should update your device to the latest version.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 get June 2024 update in Canada

Samsung has rolled out the June 2024 security patch to all the Galaxy devices in the US, including the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 devices. But even in a nearby country, the Canadian units of the 2022 foldables haven’t received the update at the ideal time; fortunately, the company has started rolling out the update for these devices.

Going into details, June 2024 will provide nearly 60 fixes, and Google has brought 37 patches to improve the vulnerability of the Android ecosystem. Along with this, the company has also brought 22 more patches that will improve the security of Galaxy devices exclusively.
