Samsung One UI 7 Beta Resolves Screenshot Lag Problem

Samsung released the initial One UI 7 beta update a couple of weeks ago to the Galaxy S24 series, but unfortunately, the update was causing an inconvenient lag while taking screenshots smoothly. Now with the latest One UI 7 Beta 2, Samsung has fixed the screenshot issue.

The One UI 7 Beta users in a few countries reported that after installing the beta update, they are facing issues and lag while taking screenshots, which prevents instant screenshot capturing. Although Samsung has acknowledged the issue and released a fix with the latest beta version.

With the One UI 7 Beta 2, you can capture screenshots instantly and flawlessly. However, Samsung has not mentioned this fix in the official changelog, but a beta moderator on the community shared a post and stated, “We hope your “lag” issue has been resolved on the 2nd beta software.” This suggests that the company has fixed the screenshot lagging issue.

Apart from this screenshot lagging issue, Samsung has also fixed several issues such as the Now Bar glitch, Dex wireless connection, and more. It has also offered a feature called Gaming Motion Smoothness within the Gaming Hub/Game Booster app that lets you switch between 60Hz and 120Hz refresh rates for games.
