Meanwhile, the app is currently receiving a new update that packs some significant features and improvements.
Samsung Makes Mindfulness Feature Available in Latest Health App Update
While it helps users to quickly get their daily health and fitness insights by offering more personalized health metrics, Samsung Health is getting a new update that takes it to a new version: v6.29.2.001.
The newest update for Samsung Health comprises various features, such as the newly added Mindfulness feature that allows Galaxy users to significantly record their mood and relax their mind with breathing exercises and meditations that help users to calm down and relax. Samsung has already announced the arrival of this feature with the One UI 7 version, and it is currently rolling out for everyone.
Apart from this, the update also brings a new Personal health record feature (which is now available in India) that allows them to view their scattered health records all in one place, while also receiving overall personalized health-based insights.
The key highlight is the integration of the features mentioned above, which will provide users with more quick and convenient health data metrics while also adding certain performance optimizations and stability to the overall app behavior. Moreover, Samsung has started rolling out new features for Samsung Health, which are now available to download via the Galaxy Store.
