The latest February 2025 software update is just a mere security patch that has been recognized with the S931USQU1AYB3, S936USQU1AYB3, and S938USQU1AYB3 version numbers for all three Carrier-locked models (T-Mobile, Verizon, MetroPCS, Spectrum Mobile, Comcast, and more) Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra, respectively. However, the new 2025 flagships have already received the update in Samsung’s home country, South Korea.

The February 2025 security patch, however, doesn’t mention any major features and changes, but the key highlight is that it packs various crucial fixes brought up from both Google and Samsung collectively for all the security vulnerabilities that lead to a more safe and secure user experience while also protecting the device against potential threats.
Apart from this, the update further helps to enhance the overall system performance and functionality by integrating stability into the overall system behavior, bringing certain performance optimizations, and applying all the attested security patches. Also, Samsung is currently distributing the patch in the US and South Korea, while other regions will follow shortly.
