Last week Samsung started releasing the June 2023 security update to South Asian countries. But now the rollout session has been stopped; it is reported that the update is loaded with some bugs.

According to the @UniverseIce, the update of Galaxy S23 in other regions may be delayed, and a new version will be released. Because some users found bugs in the June update, so Samsung will postpone the update in other regions, including China, so the company can make it bug-free.

What is the expectation with June 2023 update?

The June 2023 update will be a significant update for the Galaxy S23 series devices; according to the rumours, the update will give a boost to the camera by improving its functionality. All the users are expecting that Samsung may fix the HDR issues with the update. It may also contain some more changes which will make the camera of Galaxy S23 to be called a flagship worthy.

Apart from these, in the Galaxy S23 base and Galaxy S23+ devices, users are facing blur issues. Several users have complained that there is a banana or ring-shaped blur which is appearing on the photos of documents. After addressing the issue, Samsung has responded and said –

“When testing the camera capabilities of the S23 or S23+, your attention may have been caught by the fact that the area around the subject looks a bit blurry when taking a close-up photo. This is because the rear wide-angle camera on the S23 and S23+ has a bright aperture, which helps when taking photos in the dark. However, this also means that the more noticeable selective focus can make the background of your photos look a bit blurry. Samsung plans to improve this in a future software update,”
