Galaxy S24 Ultra’s New 5X Telephoto Lense Can Challenge iPhone 15 Pro Max’s Reign

Published

on

Samsung is a dominant player in the Android market, which directly competes with the Apple smartphone. Every year, both companies release their highest flagship devices. If we analyze their competition specifically in the camera segment, the Korean giant with its Galaxy S series is running ahead.

Early this year, Samsung introduced its latest flagship devices in the Galaxy S series, including the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. The Ultra variant is equipped with the first-ever 200MP megapixel camera module, and it has easily defeated Apple in the large megapixel photo quality game. However,  it has lacked zoom capability because of its different approach to giving the telephoto lens. However, now with the upcoming phone, the Galaxy S24 Ultra company will improve on it.

Samsung will introduce Quad telephoto lenses for more zoom usability options

Last time with the Galaxy S23, Samsung introduced two telephoto lenses in the Galaxy S23 Ultra, where one telephoto lens is 10 MP with 3X optical zoom support while the other comes with 10X zoom support. Because of these limitations, users don’t get a seamless zooming experience on their devices when it comes to different levels of zooming, but now, according to the information, Samsung will introduce quad telephoto lenses with the capabilities of different zooming levels, including 2X, 3X, 5X, and 10X. This will change the zooming game, as you will have more accurate optical zooming options without losing the quality of the photos.

Going to more camera details, the upcoming Galaxy S24 Ultra will be equipped with the same quad camera setup, where one is a 200 MP sensor, two others are telephoto lenses with 50 MP (5X Zoom), 10 MP ( 3X Zoom), and a 12 MP ultra-wide sensor. To get more information, you can also check out the dedicated article. If you are excited about these camera specs, you will get your hands on the device in less than a month, as according to some rumors, the company is expected to introduce the Galaxy S24 devices in the next couple of weeks.

Circle to Search, or you can call it in your so-cold language. Circle and Search both refer to a facility that lets you search anything directly from the screen by just circling text or image. Let’s count the smartphone devices that support Google Circle and Search right now.

The Circle to Search by Google feature gained its fandom after Samsung introduced it on the Galaxy S24 series as a part of Galaxy AI. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Could Bring Wider Outer Display With Sharper Square Edges

Published

Samsung is busily setting up to expand the Galaxy foldable series by debuting a sixth-generation foldable, the Galaxy Z Fold 6, which is expected to arrive with a wider outer display with sharper corners.

Fans are awaiting the forthcoming Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 foldable phones, and leaks and rumors are increasing their curiosity among them. Now,  recent leaks have revealed that this time Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 6’s wider outer display could ditch rounded corners.

Usually, the Galaxy Z Fold series follows the same basic design language of a super narrow and tall outer display that unfolds into a large, almost square inner display. The size ratio has changed slightly over time, but the fact is that it’s thinner as compared to the rest of the foldables on the market.

Finally, it appears that Samsung could come up with a new design idea for the forthcoming Galaxy Z Fold 6.

A reliable tipster on is reporting that the external screen of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is 60.2mm, whereas its predecessor series, the Galaxy Z Fold 5,’s external display is 57.4mm. If this report comes, then you will get a wider external screen, which will surely enhance the experience, but not too wide.

The corners of the display also seem to be markedly sharper. This time, they are not rounded, as was the design in previous generations. Samsung is expected to debut the sixth-generation foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, and maybe the Galaxy Z Fold 6 FE, at the Galaxy Unpacked event, which is supposed to be held on July 10th in Paris.

Galaxy S25 Ultra Rumored to Use Exynos 2500 Chip

Published

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is next in line to expand the flagship S series, is supposed to be scheduled for early 2025, and is expected to be powered by the in-house Exynos in the Galaxy S25 Ultra model as well.

Samsung usually announces its latest S series smartphone early in the first quarter of the year; for instance, the Galaxy S24 debuted in January this year and the Galaxy S23 debuted in February 2023. According to these schedules, the Galaxy S25 is expected to debut sometime between January and February.

Now the reports are unveiling that this time Samsung could ditch the Snapdragon chipset for its in-house Exynos 2500 to power the Galaxy S25 Ultra model. This is being reported by a tipster on X by sharing a post. He mentioned that internally at Samsung, it’s determined that the Exynos 2500 does not hang back behind the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 in all prospects, such as quality.

Meanwhile, it’s not clear yet whether this is because the Nuvia cores of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 are not good, making the Exynos 2500 relatively better, or if the Exynos 2500 itself is better.

From the two-generation Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S24, Samsung relies on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipset for the Ultra variant, but now it appears that Samsung could use the Exynos 2500 chipset for the forthcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone. However, Samsung has not officially unveiled anything regarding this report yet.
