Samsung brings a new Quick Share update with Nearby Share integration

Samsung has designed some unique features that were exclusively available for Galaxy devices, but due to their uniqueness and utilization capabilities, these features have also attracted some companies to use them. Quick share is also one of them, which was recently introduced in the Pixels, and Samsung has also started updating it and integrating it with nearby shares.

The quick share will get more powerful

Samsung has recently released its latest flagship device, the Galaxy S24 series. Now, to enhance the file-sharing option, the company has started rolling out a new update for Quick share that will get the utility of Nearby share under it. More specifically, the Quick will now be used for more devices. It is not limited to the Galaxy ecosystem.

According to the information, with the new update, the company will provide some new changes, such as allowing users to share content between any Android device; along with this, the upload limit of files has now increased from 3 GB to 5 GB.

It is worth noticing that the new Quick Share update is available for several Galaxy devices, but according to Mishaal Rehman, the existing nearby share interaction in One UI on older devices doesn’t work properly as the Galaxy S24 series, some early users are reporting that the nearby integration is not started working yet on these older devices, which means we have to wait for some more updates to get the proper functional application.
