Confused between Galaxy AI and Awesome Intelligence? Here’s the difference

Samsung’s current S Series flagships, the S25 family have been in the headlines, with the Galaxy AI being the most important factor. Meanwhile, Samsung just brought up two more contenders, the Galaxy A36 and A26, which have also received the taste of the company’s magical AI with Awesome Intelligence, a feature that is a tuned-down version of full fledged Galaxy AI suite.

In case you are confused! Here’s how the newest Awesome Intelligence differs from the Galaxy AI.

Basically, both the Galaxy AI and Awesome Intelligence belong to Samsung’s AI suite, where the Galaxy AI consists of some amazing yet powerful AI-based features, while the Awesome Intelligence; however, is the toned down version of the full-blown Galaxy AI suite that packs a few AI-powered features.

Specifically, Samsung introduced the Galaxy AI suite with One UI 6.1 update, while One UI 7 also played a significant role in refining the Galaxy AI by adding more features to it. The Galaxy S25 series devices run One UI 7, out of the box; it’s packed with more improved and refined Galaxy AI features.

At the same time, the new Awesome Intelligence integrated in the Galaxy A36 and A26 devices (now available in the US) also packs the Galaxy AI features, but lacks most of the Galaxy AI’s advancements, integrating only a few AI features.

Here are the details that will let you know the difference between the S25’s Galaxy AI or the A36 and A26’s Awesome Intelligence:
