Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is known for its camera quality and hardware; however, several users have reported a major problem with their ultra-wide camera.

Samsung offered an upgraded camera setup to the Galaxy S25 Ultra, including a 200MP wide, a 10MP telephoto, a 50MP periscope telephoto, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. Now, Galaxy S25 Ultra users are struggling with an extremely shaky and unusable ultra-wide camera issue.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra users on several social platforms, like Reddit, Twitter, and the Samsung Community forum, reported that the ultrawide camera is vigorously shaking or vibrating. A user also shared a video clip showcasing the shaky and unusable camera issue.

Reportedly, the camera issue occurred across various camera modes and even in third-party apps like Snapchat, suggesting a problem that is not isolated to a particular camera function. The exact reason behind this issue has yet to be clear, but the potential underlying issue is at the system or hardware level rather than a software bug limited to the native camera application.

However, iPhone 14 Pro models have also faced a similar issue, but that was fixed in a software update. The Galaxy S25 Ultra’s ultrawide camera doesn’t appear to have OIS tech, which hints that the issue could be related to the focusing hardware. Noticeably, a few users reported that they took their phones to an authorized repair center to replace their cameras, and the issue was acknowledged as a hardware problem.
