Samsung Begins One UI 8 Beta Rollout, Lists Supported Devices and Countries – Phase 1

Samsung surprised its Galaxy audience by beginning the latest One UI 8 beta program, with the Galaxy S25 series owners having already been testing the first beta build in a few selective regions. For now, the beta is available in a total of four countries, while a couple of countries will also follow in the future.
Going back to the past deployments, for years, Samsung has reserved seven countries, including Germany, India, South Korea, Poland, China, the US, and the UK, which are eligible to test the latest One UI beta version.
Eventually, with One UI 7, Samsung divided the beta distribution into two phases. The company excluded China while also releasing the first batch of One UI beta in four regions, which include South Korea, Germany, the US, and the UK, where two remaining regions, India and Poland, are reserved for the second phase of the One UI beta rollout.
Samsung is following the same approach for the One UI 8 beta rollout.
- Phase 1: Initial beta release is limited to:
- Devices:
- Galaxy S25
- Galaxy S25+
- Galaxy S25 Ultra
- Countries:
- South Korea
- Germany
- The United States (US)
- The United Kingdom (UK)
- Devices:
- Phase 1 is exclusively reserved for the listed countries.
- Only owners of the Galaxy S25 series in these regions currently qualify.
Well, Samsung has just made the One UI 8 beta enrolling and participation procedure smoother and easier than before, allowing interested Galaxy S25 users to register themselves and test the latest beta build. While the beta program is currently open for the S25 family, it will reach more eligible devices in the future.
