A new software update is now available for Galaxy Buds 2 and Buds 2 Pro

Samsung’s software update management for its entire Galaxy ecosystem is remarkable, from its Galaxy smartphones and tablets to smart TVs and smartwatches to wearables. Now, the company has just started dispatching a new update for the Galaxy Buds 2 series.
The Galaxy Buds 2 came in August 2021 alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 models during the Galaxy Unpacked event, while the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro was launched in the same month but in 2022, alongside the Galaxy Watch 5 series at the Unpacked proceedings.
At the same time, a new software update is already reaching the Galaxy Buds 2 and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, which are identified with the version numbers R177XXUOAYF1 and R510XXU0AYF1, respectively.

However, the latest update for these older-generation wearables doesn’t bring any major changes or features; rather, the update just highlights that it significantly integrates some key improvements to the overall device’s stability that eventually provides a smoother, more stable, and more optimized user experience.
Well, the Galaxy Buds 2 and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro indeed pack various impressive features; a few of them include Bluetooth Auracast and 360 Audio while pairing them with Samsung smart TVs, and the wearables also have the Buds Auto Switch support on Galaxy Books.
Also, Samsung is continuing to expand its Galaxy Buds portfolio by adding more wearables to the lineup, with the most recent one being Galaxy Buds Core, which was launched in June this year.
