Google is continuously working on offering an advanced yet innovative experience to the Android Auto owners, while also changing the future of driving. Now version 15.0 hits on beta channels with few changes.
With the service being the most renowned one for years, the company has introduced an all-new version, Android Auto 15.0, which is already rolling out, but not as everyone expected, anyway.
While Google has a noticeable list of features that are to be implemented within its best driving companion, Android Auto, including the most awaited Light Theme, Google Assistant to be replaced with Gemini, and more, the company released a new Android Auto 15.0 version, which is now available to download for all the users; however, the latest version doesn’t bring any major features or changes, according to 9To5Google.
Specifically, a couple of days ago, a report allegedly claimed that spotted with Android Auto 15.0, Google is perhaps working on expanding the displaying of the number of apps that users see at a glance on the screen to offer convenience when driving, but unfortunately, the version is already rolling out, where the noticeable change only lists that the ‘Day/Night mode for apps’ settings have been replaced with ‘Theme.’
This change eventually reflects Android Auto’s light theme; however, Google is yet to integrate it within the service. Since the company is currently working on some optimizations, the overall theme will remain in dark mode even after applying the changes. It’s just that users need to wait for Google to implement some major features and changes within Android Auto, alongside the Light Theme.
It’s important to note that Google is currently releasing Android Auto 15.0 in the beta track, while the company will perhaps add more interesting changes in the coming weeks.
