Good Lock is the one-stop store for all the personalizations and customizations within the Galaxy devices. This suite consists of a wide range of modules, one of which is LockStar. Meanwhile, Samsung is rolling out a new update for the Good Lock’s LockStar app, and here’s a small fix for the Galaxy Fold 7 owners.
Basically, Samsung launched the Galaxy Z Fold 7 devices during its summer Galaxy Unpacked event; however, the folding phone owners are getting a few issues when using the LockStar app.
On the other hand, the LockStar app has already received One UI 8 support, and now, Samsung introduced a fix for the Fold 7’s cover screen AOD via the LockStar’s latest update, which is identified with the version v7.0.01.9 and is now available to download via the Galaxy Store.
More specifically, the update primarily brings a fix for an issue for the Galaxy Z Fold 7’s cover screen AOD, where users were unable to add widgets and stickers alongside not being able to adjust brightness as well. With that, Fold 7 owners will now be able to apply their desired widgets and decorate it, which eventually offers a much more interactive user experience to the users.
At the same time, the update further brings other key fixes for all the lock screen widget errors to provide a smoother and more efficient app performance and functionality. Well, it’s important to note that this update is only available for the Galaxy devices running One UI 8 or higher versions, and Galaxy Z Fold 7 devices are already pre-installed with the One UI 8 OS.
